Maintenance of linear bearings

: admin: 2022-08-30

Maintenance of metal linear bearings: Lubrication and friction: Inject anti-corrosion oil inside the linear bearings. If lubricating with grease, first remove the anti-corrosion oil with kerosene or organic solvent, air dry, and then add lubricating grease. (It is recommended to use lithium soap grease with a viscosity mark of N0.2.) If lubricating with oil, it is not necessary to remove the anti-corrosion oil. According to temperature changes, ISO viscosity grade VG15-100 lubricating oil can be selected. Shaft lubrication can be supplied from the oil supply pipe or from the oil hole on the outer bearing seat. Due to the fact that the sealing ring scrapes off the lubricating oil, oil lubrication is not suitable for bearings with sealing rings without holes.

Maintenance of plastic linear bearings: As the sliding film inside the plastic linear bearings is made of self-lubricating plastic, it does not require additional oil supply and maintenance during use; Moreover, due to the plastic linear bearing having a chip removal groove, even if the bearing or shaft is filled with dust, there is no need to maintain it. Dust will automatically be carried out of the chip removal groove during movement; Only when the sliding film wears out and fails, can the internal sliding film be directly replaced; Maintenance is very convenient.

management

(1) After disassembling each part of the linear motion bearing series, foreign objects may enter or have an adverse impact on the assembly accuracy of each part. Please do not disassemble.

(2) Dropping or striking the linear liner may cause damage, please be careful. When the product is impacted, even if there is no visible damage to the appearance, the function can still be maintained

Please be careful if there is any damage.

lubrication

(1) Please carefully wipe the anti rust oil and seal it with lubricant before use.

(2) Please avoid mixing lubricants with different properties when used together
